The venue's position was remote. It was in a nice area, near a ferry port.

The shared kitchen was well-equipped, but bathroom cleanliness needed improvement.

The view from our large family room was amazing. A microwave, an electric kettle and a toaster were available. The atmosphere created was family. Location: the hotel was just next door to the nature and the lakes, beaches and countryside. It also was away from the pub.
Can’t fault anything about it.

A Family Adventure with Room for Improvement
We spent one night here and discovered that it's worth exploring the surrounding nature rather than the hotel itself. The bar had a limited menu, but the drinks were refreshing after a long trip. Prioritize early check-in to get ahead of reception delays.

The location shines with fine views of the surrounding nature. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering, helpful for meal prep. My room was spacious and tidy. The lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was disappointing. The bathroom could use a little modernizing to match the rest of the space. Plus, I noticed some noise from the adjacent rooms, which affected my sleep.

The shared kitchen offered a well-equipped space for self-catering. Plus, the location provided convenient access to hiking trails and fine natural scenery, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.
The room lacked tea and coffee-making facilities, which can feel like a big miss, especially for a cozy stay. Late check-in at 5 PM seemed inconvenient, stalling any plans for the evening. The shower pressure was on the weaker side, less than ideal for a refreshing clean-up after a long day of adventuring.

Fine views and cozy vibes
The place is set in the middle of amazing countryside, and the bar area is super inviting with a crackling fire. Had an awesome meal and loved the whisky selection. The only downside was that the menu was a bit pricey, but the friendly staff made up for it.
